Pluma Moos

 2 quart water

1 cup seedless raisins

1 cup dried prunes

1/4 cup dried peaches or jar canned peaches

1/4 cup dried apricots or canned apricots

jar canned cherries


Paste:


1/2 cup sugar

6 Tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup water


Combine fruits & juice or wash fruit, add warm water. Cook until almost tender (if using dried)

Prepare paste with flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt & water.

Slowly add to fruit mixture, stirring constantly

Cook until slightly thickened

Serve warm or cold

sweet cream may be added
