Wash & dry meat, rub in seasoning (salt & pepper, 3 mashed garlic, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme, fresh rosemary)
Sprinkle juice of 1 lemon over. Pour on 1 cup white wine & 1/2 cup olive oil. Marinade in ziploc 2 hours.
Roast @ 350 degrees 2 - 3 hours
Baste with 1/2 cup wine & 1/2 cup melted butter.
Add water as needed.
