Orange Chiffon Cake

 In a small bowl combine:

1 1/2 cup flour

1 1/2 cup sugar

3 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup oil

8 egg yolks

3/4 cup cold water

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 Tablespoon orange rind


In Large bowl beat:

1 cup egg whites

1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter


Beat flour mixture until smooth

Pour egg yolk mixture over whites -  fold in


Bake in tube pan till springs back 

350 degrees 1 1/4 hours

Invert pan till cold


Ice with sweetened whipped cream

Sprinkle toasted coconut over top & sides.
