1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
Beat until fluffy
Add:
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups flour
Beat in by hand, gather into a ball.:
1 cup walnuts or almonds, finely chopped
On lightly floured surface, roll out & cut into shapes
Place on parchment lined cookie sheets
Bake 12-15 minutes
Makes 3 pans
