Pastry for single crust
1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon butter or oil
1 Tablespoon ketchup
2 Tablespoon flour
salt & pepper
Topping:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
Mix together in blender or food processor
Brown meat in butter, add onion, salt & pepper, saute.
Add flour, continue cooking and add Worcestershire & ketchup.
Pour into pie shell.
Pour topping over.
Sprinkle with parsley, fresh or dried
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
sprinkle with paprika before serving.
