3 eggs
1 ¾ cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
Mix above ingredients together, then add:
3 cups flour
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Then add and mix:
1 3/4 cup grated zucchini
1 8 oz can drained pineapple chunks
1 cup chopped walnuts
Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 pans. Bake 350 F for 50-60 minutes.
