Crust:
1 cup margarine
2 cups flour
4 Tbsp brown sugar
Press into 9 x 13 buttered pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 mins.
Filling:
4 eggs beaten
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
½ tsp salt
5 Tbsp butter
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups unsweetened coconut (optional)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup currents
Combine and press into the base. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
